brayv.ai accesses your Google Calendar data if you choose to connect it solely to provide calendar synchronization and appointment scheduling conflict prevention within our platform. Specifically:
- Data Accessed: We access your Google Calendar events, including event titles, dates, times, and descriptions, only from calendars you explicitly choose to connect.
- Purpose & Use: This calendar data is used exclusively to (1) display your own appointments as blocked time slots in brayv.ai to prevent double-booking, (2) create new appointments in your Google Calendar when booked through our system, and (3) synchronize changes between brayv.ai and your Google Calendar in real-time.
- Visibility & Privacy: You can view the full details of your own Google Calendar events within brayv.ai. However, other users within your brayv.ai account (including team members and system staff) can only see that your time is blocked - they cannot access any details about your calendar events such as titles, descriptions, or attendees.
- Data Protection: Your Google Calendar data is stored securely within our system and is never shared, sold, or transferred to third parties, advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers. We do not use your calendar data for advertising, credit decisions, or any purposes beyond the calendar management features described above.
- Limited Access: Only you can view your Google Calendar event details through brayv.ai. Our staff cannot access your calendar event content except when necessary for security purposes, technical support with your explicit consent, or legal compliance.
- Compliance: Our use of your Google Calendar data complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements, ensuring your data is handled with the highest standards of privacy and security.
You can disconnect your Google Calendar integration at any time through your brayv.ai account settings, which will immediately stop all access to your Google Calendar data.
